Marketing Service Agreement
- Community Banks actively promotes first mortgage services by Capital Mortgage Funding
- Capital Mortgage Funding will handle all customer contact and their mortgage from start to finish
- Regular turn-key marketing promoting mortgage products
- Community Banks and Capital Mortgage Funding will regularly meet and evaluate marketing performed
- Compensation is based on Community Banks marketing to members on behalf of Capital Mortgage Funding, based on third party valuation
Marketing Services
Capital Mortgage Funding will take care of the design and implementation of marketing with the Community Bank to get the word out to customers of its mortgage program available through Capital Mortgage Funding.
Marketing includes:
- Private label website
- Statement stuffers (print or digital)
- Lobby brochures and posters
- ATM toppers and/ or digital ads
- Outside signage
- Email campaigns
- Customized marketing is available
